ABOUT THE CHEF DE CUISINE- saved - 

Chef Zach Thomason has worked along side Chef Krog for many years. First at Interim Restaurant, then at his 9 pop-up Gallery events and countless private dinners & public events such as the Memphis Food & Wine Festival. He has been the head chef at The Next Door American Eatery at Crosstown Concourse since 2017. His passion for cooking has been a lifelong endeavor and has taken him far & wide & through many kitchens on his search for eclectic tastes, ingredients & dishes.
