dory is a small, chef-run restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee with a focus on sourcing the freshest ingredients as close to home as possible. Our food is only as good as the ingredients sourced. We intend to serve them at their highest potential.

Chef Dave Krog

Chef Krog’s inspiration comes from the outside - the colors, the plants, the animals. He works closely with local farmers in creating his recipes. At dory, the menu will change with the seasons and with what is available to us, sometimes being as often as daily.
