Chef Krog’s food is well-known as Contemporary Southern using French technique. His inspiration comes from the outside-- the colors, the plants, the animals. He works closely with local farmers in creating his recipes. At dory, the menu will change with the seasons and with what is available to us, sometimes being as often as daily. The carte du jour will be executed with love and all the care that the components deserve. Each dish will be artfully presented. Our food is only as good as the ingredients sourced. We intend to serve them at their highest potential.
